Information is used to provide educational services, track student progress, manage subscriptions, and communicate important updates.

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Payment information is handled securely via trusted payment providers.

4. Children’s Privacy

Student accounts are created and managed by parents or guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without parental consent.

5. Leaderboards

BrainBox ED leaderboards celebrate learning activity. To protect learner privacy, parents or guardians choose whether a student's username, school, grade and EduCoins can appear on the public leaderboard. Full names are never displayed. A learner's private ranking and reward eligibility are calculated regardless of this public-display choice. Parents or guardians can change this setting or ask for a learner's information to be corrected or removed.
